About Us

Making data work the way it should

We're rebuilding the public data supply chain for commercial real estate. So you don't have to scrape, patch, or wait.

We treat data like
a crime scene

In finance, the mosaic theory describes the practice of piecing together imperfect, public, and scattered signals to form a complete picture. That's what we do for real estate.

Most vendors treat sourcing as a bulk science. They scrape indiscriminately, export static tables, and hope the snapshot holds. We treat it as a craft. Every ownership chain is resolved live, every link cites its source, and every result is defensible. We don't just collect dots. We draw the lines.

Methodology · 01
No dead ends
Public records stop at "123 Main St LLC." We follow signing authority, registered agent overlaps, and loan documents to identify the real owner.
Methodology · 02
Adaptive resolution
When one signal is weak, the system cross-references others. Every jurisdiction, every source, every filing, until the answer is defensible.
Methodology · 03
Cited, not inferred
Every ownership link points to a source filing with document ID, jurisdiction, and timestamp. Defensible in committee, defensible in court.

Our Leadership

Built by industry veterans

We founded Mosaic Theory because we lived the inefficiencies of private market data firsthand. The team combines builders, product leaders, and data engineers with decades of experience serving Wall Street, scaling enterprise platforms, and shipping products that hundreds of thousands of institutional users depend on.

Our background spans financial services, commercial real estate, and enterprise infrastructure, united by a single realization: the data layer powering the world's largest asset class was broken. We built Mosaic to fix it.
