What happens after I submit the form ?

You'll hear from our team within 24 hours. We'll ask a few questions about your workflow, volume, and integration needs, then schedule a 20-minute demo where we resolve five properties from your target list live. No slide decks.

Do you offer a free pilot ?

Send us ten addresses you know well and we'll resolve them before our first call. If our output matches what your team would have found after three days of paralegal work, we'll walk you through pricing. Email sales@mosaictheory.ai.

How do you handle data security ?

All ownership data is sourced from public filings and processed through encrypted infrastructure. We don't store your queries or uploaded portfolios beyond the session unless you're on an Enterprise contract with explicit data retention terms.

Do I need to sign anything before the demo ?

No. The demo is free and there's no NDA required. Bring real addresses from your pipeline if you want to see the engine work on your actual workflow. If you share sensitive target lists in the demo, we'll sign a mutual NDA on request.

What if my use case is non-standard ?

Tell us anyway. We've worked with teams using Mosaic for counterparty due diligence, market concentration research, lender exposure analysis, and regulatory compliance beyond standard acquisition workflows. If it involves resolving beneficial ownership, we can probably help. If not, we'll tell you upfront.
